Vi gör vår pasta själva. Degen kavlas och skärs på morgonen, såserna kokar långsamt och råvarorna väljs med omsorg — italienskt durumvete, svenska ägg och ost från producenter vi känner. Bra och färska råvaror, inget mer än så.
